At CrossFit Redding, we understand that you may not want a barbell. That is where ReddiFit fills the void. ReddiFit is short for “Redding Fitness.” ReddiFit is expanding class time to 8a and 630p on M-W-F. ReddiFit is all about more conditioning and less weightlifting to help you get fit and burn calories! ReddiFit is open to everyone 13 and up with no prior CrossFit experience required. Grab a friend and jump in at any time and any fitness level. CFR members are encouraged to bring a friend and check out a ReddiFit workout!
