Mandatory - Must be completed prior to entering regular classes.
There are two ways to start at CrossFit Redding.
- The first option is to take four introductory private sessions with one of our trainers. The cost is $120. Call (530) 244-1348 to schedule.
- The second option is to enter our 6 session Fundamentals course (starting every 4 weeks). The cost is $100.
The focus of these classes is to ensure proper form and execution of the 9 essential Crossfit exercises, which will lead to a much more positive, long-term CrossFit experience.

Once you have completed one of the options, then you may choose which of the following payment options works best for you.

Punch Card Option: (sessions must be used within a 6 month period)
- 8 - Sessions for $96.00
- 12 - Sessions for $120.00
Monthly Rates:
- Regular Monthly Fee is $125 a month for unlimited CrossFit classes. This allows as many workout sessions you think you can handle.
- 1st Responders Monthly Fee is $100 a month for unlimited CrossFit classes.
- Regular 6-Month is $660 with Fundamentals course and free T-Shirt included
- 1st Responder 6-Month is $552 with Fundamentals course and free T-Shirt included
Yearly Rates:
- Regular yearly membership $1,200 with Fundamentals course and free T-shirt included
- 1st Responders yearly is $1,000 with Fundamentals course and free T-Shirt included
We also offer a Day pass for $15 which is good for one complete day from open to close.
Out of Town CrossFit Affiliate Members = $10.00 (donation)
