Just like gasoline in your car food is our fuel. If we are filling up with low-grade "fuel" pre-workout, our performance will be exactly that... Low Grade. A light meal that consists of a Protein, Fat and Carb will certainly hold over that pre-WOD hunger. But we caution you. If that meal is too much or eaten too close to the WOD, it just might end up in the bucket.
Each of us are wired differently, what works for one may not work for the other. Experiment with pre-WOD meals.
