REST DAY
Take the day off and rest the body. We have three weeks until the CrossFit Games Nor-Cal Sectionals, so we'll be ramping things up a little.

Saturday morning Bryan and Cubby went and ran the 10mile John Frank memorial run, then Ashliy joined them in the afternoon to go play on the Rock Wall at Extreme Fitness. It was a casual competition that was good fun. They plan on holding them every few months, so we'll have to brush up on our climbing technique.
Rock Climbing is pretty cool.
STILL THE BEST PLACE IN REDDING FOR FITNESS!
