We also had a traveling CrossFitter stop by from CrossFit Inferno (San Luis Obispo). Nice work Keith! We hope you liked the "BULLDOG".
Then to top it off. Our man Fish committed to doing 30 Muscle Ups for time as one of his goals for 2010. Well, he did it! Though it took him 1 hour 19 minutes 45 seconds; HE COMPLETED IT! WRITE GOALS DOWN, THEN MAKE IT HAPPEN!!! Nice work kid!
