Saturday morning WOD at 9am.
Stretching at 10am.
Friday finished our week of Olympic lifting focus in the group classes. Snatch was the movement of the day, and although we didn't break any world records, it was evident that people are getting much more comfortable jumping under heavy weight. Nice work CFR.
What to do if you don't have a 12 pound weight vest for your weighted pullups??? Well naturally, you would use your 3 month old strapped to your chest (CAUTION: DO NOT DO CHEST TO BAR PULLUPS).
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take.
