RUN - RUN - RUN
We know you all LOVE running, so Bryan is going to help us get a little better at it. On Saturday from 11am - 1pm, he will be helping all of you dial in your running technique. Learn just how inefficient your current running form is. Bryan just returned from a CrossFit Endurance seminar and has VALUABLE information to share with all of you.
And speaking of running; Thursday, we did a bit of hanging, then a couple 800m runs, followed by a bunch of sprints.

Thanks guys for showing me the intensity Crossfit Redding produces. You guys are animals and I hope to cross paths again with you all soon, hopefully down at Crossfit Inferno.
Today's WOD was a grinder and I felt a little intimidate all you guys went Rx on the WOD, but made me even more impressed you all did so. I know my limits and pushed myself hard even with the 75# Clusters and 44# KB swings. Definitely hope to return again to push it with you guys in another WOD. I am sure I will run into you soon on a big fire as well as I will be traveling lots out of Cal Fire/San Luis Obispo this summer! Much respect.
