Fundamentals Starts on March 2nd.
Another week of fitness is underway and 1x20 will be finishing up this week. It's really important to track your success in the gym and there are few options but most of us prefer the good old fashion composition notebook.
Whichever way you choose to do it make sure its handy because PR's are meant to be broken and if the information is close at hand its easier to break.
Today we took on "Brittney". It was her birthday and she's a fire breather so it was necessary to make it a tough one.
Don't be frustrated if you don't have Muscle-ups its a work in progress.
