STRETCH, STRETCH, STRETCH!!!
Deadlift's are super fun, but after Wednesday's WOD (1-10-1-20-1-30) you'll need to remember to stretch and recover those muscles. When you wake up on Thursday, you'll feel like a bomb went off in your lower back. Don't worry though, it's normal after the hard work you did. Just continue to stretch that low back many times throughout the day and drink plenty of water.
