Thursday WOD's at 9am, 11am, 430pm, 530pm, 630pm.
Weapon = 6 x Burpee to 100m sprint.
TONIGHT: Make sure you have everyone you know show up at The Ale House on Hilltop Dr. between 7pm and closing. They have been VERY gracious and are donating a portion of their proceeds for the night to our FIGHT GONE BAD fundraiser. ALSO....Apparently they will have a limited edition 250yr anniversary GUINESS brew on-tap for all you lovers of Stout.
Bring some cash as there will be some Jello shots as well. Also, a big raffle will be going on for some cool prizes (all of this $ will go towards FGB).
On Wednesday, we decided to do the Main Site WOD of Bodyweight Bench Press, Pull ups, and Bodyweight Back Squats. It seemed as though it would be fun. Well, it was fun....but in a painful way. A LOT of people did A LOT of work on Wednesday. Check the whiteboard.
