For the September Challenge, we are doing something a little different. It will be a 30 day PALEO/Get-Lean challenge. Let's see what we can do in 30 days of STRICT nutrition combined with CrossFit training, plus a little secret weapon that we know will help in your efforts.
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit,
little starch and NO sugar.
Starting on Tuesday Sept. 1, take a before picture. Also you'll need to log EVERYTHING that you eat, everyday for 30 days. It will be cumbersome, but it will be well worth what you learn from it.

There may be some gripes about this one. But this is an excellent opportunity for everyone to dial in the most important aspect of healthy living... your diet! We can do this. If i gave up the sweet heavenly taste of energy drinks we can all jump into this one.
So tonight eat well, because tomorrow we dine in hell... Ok not really!
Also share the yummy paleo or zone treats that you concoct. It'll help all of us.

WHAT!!!!REALLY!!!I'll share my paleo-zone treats with you, um coldstone cupcakes, red wine, celebration cake from Olive Garden ummmmm Godiva chocolates from my Las Vegas trip. I need some serious help oh ya and Starbucks everyday...are you guys trying to kill me. I really don't want to weigh 80 pounds by October 1st. lol
