For the September Challenge, we are doing something a little different. It will be a 30 day PALEO/Get-Lean challenge. Let's see what we can do in 30 days of STRICT nutrition combined with CrossFit training, plus a little secret weapon that we know will help in your efforts.
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit,
little starch and NO sugar.
Starting on Tuesday Sept. 1, take a before picture. Also you'll need to log EVERYTHING that you eat, everyday for 30 days. It will be cumbersome, but it will be well worth what you learn from it.
