World-Class Fitness in a 100 Words

  • Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

Char

Good morning!! Just wanted to say thank you soooo much for those of you who stopped by the Ale House last night to help support the girls from the MAC counter. Thanks to you we beat our goal from last year:) Just from last night we raised $500, which actually is $1000 because Mac matches whatever we raise. The money is given at the Sacramento Valley Aids Walk on Sept 13th. It is then distributed to men, women, and children suffering with aids. Mac is a huge contributor to this cause. So thanks again, I had a blast as always with you all. See ya soon, Char
