Simply Stated....."This is why we are the greatest country in the world", but if we don't get our act together, that may change!
It's time to pull our head out of our asses and get to work.
Time to be responsible for our own actions.
Time for Men to be good fathers.
Time to Support our troops whether you think we should be there or not.
Time to lose your ego.
Time to help a neighbor.
Time to thank a cop or a firefighter for keeping us safe.
Time to thank a teacher for showing our kids how to clean up our mess.
Time to listen to the elderly; they have great wisdom.
Time to be responsible for our own health.
Time for our so-called leaders in government to re-read this document;
so we can all get started!!!

We did a little 1/2 Filthy on friday.
It is odd how reducing the number of reps can actually seem to
make a WOD more difficult!

Here, here Kev! What can I say~ Thanks for making everyone at Crossfit Redding feel like one big family and by helping moms, dads, and their kids get healthy! Thanks for being a good father to Derrick, and putting up with my faults. A Special Thanks to Alex. Steve, Paul (aka Master P) Travis, Vic and Joey for all being inspirations and real life heroes!
PS~ Donna I hope you are ok, and you are a hero for finishing the WOD even after you got hurt!

Hey thanks Kevin and everyone for the workout this morning! You really made me feel welcome and your cheering helped me get through that workout, especially the last bit. Let me say those knees to elbows kicked my butt big time! Keep up the hard workouts and maybe we shall cross paths again!
