We eat breath and live the CrossFit methodology.

CrossFit Redding offers classes that fit your fitness level. Whether is one of our CrossFit classes or our newly developed ReddyFit. Which is offered to everyone no fundamentals class needed, no experience, and designed as a BootCamp style program designed to prepare you for the classes. We also offer MommyFit. This class is designed for new mommy’s, seasoned mommy’s, mommy’s ‘to be’, or anyone who just wants to be surrounded by moms who talk about mom stuff! Mom’s need to make time to take care of themselves while gaining support from other Mommy’s. However, getting out of the house kiddo- free is not always an option. Mommy Fit works to accommodate Moms and kids all in one location. The idea of Mommy Fit is to create flexible work outs that accommodate Moms in a variety of ways.
