2018 Lurong Living Resolution Challenge
Rhi and I would like to welcome everyone to the 2018 Lurong Resolution Challenge. This is by far the biggest and best challenge we’ve hosted. I personally want to wish everyone the best during this challenge. As we have discussed there will be ups and downs during the next five weeks. In fact, there will be days that you will want to say “screw it!” Just remember, we are all in this together. We want to see each of you succeed and hit your goals. Some of you may be in this for the 5 weeks and some of you may be practicing for a lifestyle change.
CrossFit Redding has a solid team and we will be in the running for some great prizes. If you cheat, you cheat- it happens. Just remember, all of our scores count and we all want to lose weight, be healthy, and ultimately, win stuff!
I also want to take this moment to say a huge THANK YOU to Rhi. She has done an amazing job keeping this challenge on point and on task!

Let’s talk workouts!
We will be scheduling the Lurong workouts into the Wednesday class. If you can’t make a Wednesday class we can make arrangements. The WODs are short and can be run in heats so you can judge each other. The 530p and 630p Class will be a run like the OPEN workouts. They are “Friday Night Lights” style. If you are not normally a 530/6:30p class attendee try to make one of the classes you’ll love the atmosphere the lights, chalk, the roar of the crowd and beat of the music, its competition!
