In 2007 Crossfit Redding introduced broad, general, inclusive fitness to the North State. What does this mean to you? It means a fitness program that has been tested and proven by CrossFit Redding athletes across multiple sport domains. Forget the juice bar, the tanning beds, the latest 6 in 1 fitness machines. CrossFit Redding has taken the opposite approach. We follow the CrossFit methodology by using functional, varied movements executed at high intensity. So what we’re saying is… it’s fun and effective and isn’t just for athletes, its for everyone. We do pull-ups, push-ups, swing kettlebells, deadlift, squat and proficiently teach the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

CrossFit Redding is 5,000 sq. ft. facility located at the south end of Redding with easy I-5 access. As well as a safe car-free running area.
· Scheduling: We offer over 40 classes per week and are open 6 days a week.
· Classes: Classes are capped at 15-20 athletes, so each participant gets one-on-one attention from the coach. Non-technical workout may be up to the coaches discretion.
· Coaching: We employ the very best coaches who hold many certifications in teaching functional fitness.
· WOD tracking: We have used Beyond The Whiteboard since 2010. Athletes who choose to use BTWB can track their performance, see their progress, and measure their results all from their smartphone.
